Flow with Casie Fox in a Vinyasa class designed for climbers (though anyone is welcome!). A yoga practice can benefit your climbing by improving flexibility, focus, and preventing injury. We'll concentrate on areas that get worked on the wall - expect hip, shoulder and chest openers, balance work, core strengthening, and mindful movement. Registered Yoga Teacher (RYT) 200 hour, Yoga Alliance.

$10 for Members - $15 for General Public

ADVANCED YOUTH TRAINING

INVITE ONLY!  After spending some time developing skills in the Wednesday training program push your abilities further up the wall with our advanced class.  Expectations for this class include a higher level of commitment and maturity from climbers.  You are required to be in both Wednesday and Friday training at this level.

$120/MONTH

Purchase includes full gym membership, rental equipment, and four hours per week of training time.

A great way to push your physical and mental limits in a safe training program!  Our intermediate climbing group offers more structure and technical focus while still keeping climbing fun!
