Sanctuary Summer Climbing Camps provide an engaging summer experience for children aged 7-14. Participants will engage in a supportive environment emphasizing gym etiquette and safety, helping kids become part of the Sanctuary Climbing & Fitness community. Our experienced instructors teach essential climbing techniques, improve footwork, and enhance problem-solving skills while ensuring safety. The curriculum includes fun conditioning and stretching exercises to keep climbers strong and safe. Each camp fosters a friendly atmosphere for children to build confidence and friendships while exploring the exciting world of climbing.

*The camps taking place in July will include aerial arts instruction on the Wednesday of that camp week with an SC&F aerial arts coach.

FRIENDLY REMINDERS

  • ALL CAMPS REQUIRE A MINIMUM OF 4 PARTICIPANTS 24 HOURS BEFORE SCHEDULED CAMP TIME OR CAMP WILL BE CANCELLED.

  • PLEASE BE SURE TO FILL OUT THE WAIVER TO COMPLETE YOUR REGISTRATION

  • PAYMENT IS DUE AT TIME OF REGISTRATION.

  • ONLINE REGISTRATION CLOSES 24 -HOURS BEFORE THE EVENT.

  • IF YOU NEED ASSITANCE, PLEASE CALL THE FRONT DESK

  • WEEKLONG CAMP IS CONSIDERED 5 CONSECUTIVE DAYS

  • ANY APPROVED MAKEUPS DEPEND ON INSTREUCTOR APPROVAL AND SPACE AVAILABILTY.

Cancellation Policy

At Sanctuary Climbing & Fitness, we understand that plans can change. Below is our cancellation policy to ensure fairness for all participants and to help us maintain high-quality programming.

1. Cancellation by Participant

  • Cancellations made 30 days or more before the camp start date will receive a full refund minus a processing fee of $10.

  • Cancellations made 15–29 days before the start date are eligible for a 50% refund.

  • Cancellations made less than 15 days before the camp start date are non-refundable, except in cases of medical emergencies or extenuating circumstances (documentation required).

2. Cancellation by Sanctuary In the rare event that we must cancel due to unforeseen circumstances (weather, low enrollment, etc.), participants will be offered either:

  • A full refund OR

  • A credit towards a future camp session.

3. Transfers & Rescheduling

  • Participants may transfer their registration to another available session (if applicable) up to 15 days before camp start date, subject to availability.

4. Emergency Cancellations In cases of illness, injury, or emergencies, please contact us as soon as possible. We will work with you to find a solution, which may include partial credit or rescheduling.

5. No-Shows Participants who fail to attend without prior notification will forfeit their registration fee.
